Farm Manager and Owner - Sarah Longstreth

Sarah started Good Stead Farm in 2014, following 6 years of farming experience in the midwest, east coast, and Middle East. She has worked as a farm-educator, produce department lead, dairywoman, and livestock manager. Although growing vegetables takes most of her focus these days, she is passionate about animals, whether they be her dogs Ladybird and Redbud, the farm's ragtag band of livestock, or the toads, muskrats, owls, and snakes that call the farm home. 
Field Manager - Mason Stark 

​Mason grew up in central Texas, and began his career working in fundraising and marketing for nonprofits. After he started using all his vacation days to volunteer on a local CSA farm, he decided he was due for a change. Following time working and volunteering on small farms in Texas, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, and Virginia, Mason joined Good Stead Farm in 2018. In 2020, he began managing the farm's vegetable production.
