Our year-round online farm store was something that we started during COVID as a way to stabilize our markets and reach our customers, but it became so popular that it's now a main-stay of the farm! Our online store is a way for us to sell our own organic vegetables and herbs and partner with other local and organic producers to bring in more and different kinds of food to round out our offerings and hopefully offer you a one-stop shop. We can't produce it all and would like to support other growers and makers in our extended Michigan food community.
We offer items like apples, pasta, mushrooms, soap, pork, beef, fresh cranberries, seaweed, maple syrup, baking mixes, etc. On the store, each producer has a blurb about their practices, where they're located, and their website so you can get to know them, as well.
WHEN IS THE STORE OPEN?: Our online store runs year-round, however it's not open every day of the week. The store is open for orders on Mondays/Tuesdays and again on Thursdays/Fridays. This schedule gives us plenty of time to harvest, receive inventory, and pack your orders.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?: There is no cost to place an order. You can place orders and pay as you go.
However, if you know you will spend $25o or more with us in a season, consider signing up for our Free-Choice CSAand take advantage of some of the member perks we offer. In addition to being a supporting member of the farm, the Free-Choice CSA eliminates having to pay at every order, and instead draws down from your own pre-paid, personal credit system each time you place an order.
HOW DO I PAY?: Whether or not you pay as you go, or sign up for our CSA, you have many payment options. You can pay with cash, check or EBT at the time of pick up/delivery, OR you can use Venmo or PayPal in advance of your delivery if you prefer a digital option. We do also offer a credit card option, but please note the 3.5% processing fee that's associated with that payment method.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER: You have 4 options for receiving your order: 1: Pick up from the farm (year round) 2: Home delivery (Midland only), adds $6 to your total (year round) 3: Bay City drop-off, adds $6 to your total. Fall and winter months only. 4: Pick up from the Midland Farmer's market (May-November)
