market shares & online farm store
WHAT: Our marketshare works as credit on our online farm store and at our Midland Farmer's Market stand. For those of you who are unable to commit to the commitment of a weekly, season long CSA share, this option allows complete flexibility. Decide what you want to put in, pay upfront at a discounted rate, and use your credit at your convenience. It doesn't expire!
COST: Market shares are customizable, with an initial minimum purchase of $100. The benefit of paying up front is that all purchased credit receives an additional 10%. So if you pay for a $100 market share, you receive $110 in credit. If you pay for a $200 market share, you get $220 in credit, and so on. All market shares of $400 or more will receive a Good Stead Farm certified organic canvas reusable market bag. SIGN UP FOR A MARKETSHARE.
HOW IT WORKS: Once you've signed up for your marketshare, you then create your own personal account through our online farm store. We upload your market share credit to your account - and voila - it's ready to use! With this system, you have the convenience of placing online orders while using and keeping track of your marketshare in real time as you purchase. Don't worry, even though your share is uploaded into the online order system, we are still able to access and deduct from it if you choose to instead shop with us in person at our Farmer's Market stand.
TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER (with our without a marketshare): Our online farm store is stocked and open for sales twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. To get these restock notifications, email goodsteadfarm@gmailcom to get on our mailing list. A marketshare is not required for online farm store purchases - but it does make it a more convenient shopping experience! Once you place your online order, you'll have the option to either pickup your order from the farm, via our stand at the Midland Farmer's market, as an add-on to your CSA share, or you could opt for home delivery (extra charge). All of the details, including pickup/delivery times, payment options and associated fees can be found via our online farm store.
TO SHOP WITH US IN PERSON (with or without a marketshare): Please visit us at the Midland Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday from 7-1PM from May through November. At this time, we do not have a public store front at the farm. Drop-ins/unscheduled visits are discouraged. If you'd like to purchase from the farm, the best way to do so is by placing an online order for farm pickup.
